Returns Policy

At Fresh all our products are manufactured to the highest possible standards and using the latest available technologies. We are therefore confident that your E-Cigarette/E-Cigarette liquid will be received without faults.

However, should any part of your order be faulty in any way upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days of your receipt stating details and information regarding the fault. We will then provide details for returning your product. You must include all parts, instructions, accessories and packaging, including free items as part of the deal, in your return. Our Technical Department will inspect the product on receipt to confirm the fault and we will offer you the choice of either a full refund (including any postage you have paid), or a new replacement (where we will meet the new delivery cost on your behalf). Should the product be found to be in breach of our terms, and any damage has been caused by the user, we will be unable to cover the postage costs nor will a refund be issued.

Important Notes:
The above Returns Policy is valid only for e-cig products purchased directly from our online store. All products purchased at any other retailer will be subject to that retailer’s usual terms and conditions regarding Returns.
Batteries, E-liquids and Atomizers including all components are ‘consumable’ goods. This means that they will always need replacement over time. Atomizers are expected to last, on average, 2 to 6 weeks – these times will vary depending on level of usage of course.

Our Technical Team will examine returned Atomizers for evidence of repeated use. In the event that a returned Atomizer is seen to have been used, then our 14 day Returns Policy will not apply.

Should you wish to cancel, please contact us within 14 days of placing your order, and we will issue you with a refund. The amount of refund depends on the condition of the product. If any part of the product cannot be resold or if the value has been reduced in any way by you then we may charge you accordingly under the Consumer Contract Regulations.

To return your product please notify us of the fault by email to returns@freshecig.co.uk and we will give you further instructions.
